Trick or treat

Halloween the Spooky night
where terror looms, and causes fright.
Rats and snakes and slimy Lizards,
Witches, Toads and Ugly Wizards.

Through the windows watch that hag.
What's she pulling from her bag?
In your bathtub frogs will leap,
Snakes upon the basin creep.

Who's that knocking at your door?
Goody Two Shoes? Werewolves Claw?
Big man with a Pumpkin Head?
Maybe it's the living dead?

Lightening brightens darkened sky,
Can you hear the howling cry?
From the wolves out on the moor
In their packs, just what's in store?

Vampires with their great big teeth,
Wandering around the Heath.
Watch, they give a nasty bite
as they drink your blood tonight.

Nothing to be frightened for
as Ghosts and Ghouls surround your door.
Just give out those treats tonight to
keep the tricks from out of sight.
